Palo Santo and Lavender Limpia Salt
In our practice one of the first lessons in spiritual hygiene is the use of salt in your bath water. Over time we have found that not everyone has a bathtub and some folks don’t enjoy baths and… sometimes you are rushed but still need to getting that energetic cleanse done!
This salt can be used as in your bath or as a gentle scrub (do not scrub vigorously!) to assist in releasing the imbalanced energy that has accumulated,especially those who work with people on a regular basis.
A small handful is all it takes. Put in bath water and soak that heavy energy away or use as a scrub by gentle rubbing your 13 sacred doors/joints. Say your own personal cleansing prayer as you do it.
